In the business world, CEO’S knows the best way to grow their businesses is to surround themselves with talents that see their visions and willing to work with them. They also understands that nobody ever get rich by trading hours for dollars so they let their money and others work with them. They pay good workers what they both agreed upon. You may only be able to work 10 hours a month for your ministry or good service to humanity, but you can leverage the ministry and service hours of 1,000 families and friends to a 10,000 ministry hours a month.
